Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your Visa Suite account and request removal of data associated with your workspace.
Updated July 29, 2026Delete inside the app
Sign in, open Account, and use the Delete account control. To prevent accidental deletion, the app asks you to confirm the account email before submitting the request.
If you cannot access your account
Send a request to support@visasuite.com from the account email you want deleted. The team may request additional information to confirm ownership before processing removal.
Data included
Deletion covers account and workspace data, including cases, trips, tasks, passports, visas, study progress, and associated attachments, subject to the applicable retention policy.
Limited retention
Some technical, security, audit, billing, support, or backup records may remain for a limited time when required for operations, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
