Operational draft
This version describes how Visa Suite intends to handle personal data, documents, images, and case-tracking data. It requires legal review before public launch.
Updated July 28, 2026The app may receive account data, trips, passports, visas, tasks, immigration case receipts, and images voluntarily attached by the user.
Data is used to organize the user's journey, display saved information, calculate local summaries, and call official providers only when integration is authorized and configured.
Receipt, passport, and visa photos must remain in private storage, outside public folders, with access protected by the user's session.
Users can download a snapshot of the main saved data. Sensitive attachments are not embedded in the exported file, and internal storage paths should not be exposed to users.
Visa Suite does not request USCIS account credentials from users, does not automate USCIS accounts, and does not scrape. Tracking uses only approved official APIs when available.
Users should be able to access, export, and request deletion of their data through production-approved flows.
